Nice home
Home was lovely. Family stayed here and it was a nice place to be for a long weekend with the kids. The place was clean, big, and everything worked accordingly. We highly recommend booking this house.

Great House
You really can’t go wrong with a large group here. Huge space, thoughtful layout & amenities. lol area was soo fun & absolutely worth the extra charge for the heat!! It was soo warm at night! We absolutely loved the pool area. The arcade, kids rooms & common areas were perfect. Tons of space to spread out & also lots of things to do in the house as a group. We had movie night every night, it was soo fun! I honestly can’t think of anything they are missing. The location is close to everything but not within walking distance of anything. The club house area & pool/lazy river is also a nice touch. the river is cold but the pool is warm & perfect for small children. I would absolutely suggest staying here!

The property was beautiful, only minutes from Disney parks, the grounds were nice and we felt safe. Property also caters perfectly to large families, each of us were able to have our own personal space including private bathrooms with each bedroom.
The open family area was great, kitchen accommodated is comfortably while cooking and entertaining!

This home is absolutely beautiful
This home is absolutely beautiful! We never wanted to leave. The house is huge and the games, pool, movie room, were a big hit with everyone. We were zooming a lot with long-distance family members and the internet work perfectly. If you're looking for a vacation spot, then book this house!

Safest house in Pandemic
We stayed for 4 days in this house and I think this is the safest house in COVID Pandemic. They have followed all the SOP and everyone wears proper masks and everything. Recommended for those who have kids and looking to relax.

Top Notch, just be aware that the pictures of the house might be different then the house you actually get. Everything looks amazing and it was amazing,the houses they have all have the same finishes for the most part.

Book this house!
This house was amazing!!! We loved having free wifi access, tons of games to play for the kids (thank God!), movie nights in the theater, grilled lunches, pool games, hot tub relaxtion for the grownups, and more! Honestly, we didn't know if booking the home would work out during these crazy times but we're so happy that we took the plunge and came here. We're looking to come again next year!

Wonderful house super clean and great service, your family would have an amazing time here! We had a great time at the clubhouse that had the lazy river and other great amenities. The house was exactly how it looks in the pictures and we were very comfortable. Communication from the owners was also very good. Definitely a great place to stay!

Great space
Such a nice home! I had a lot of work projects to take care of, so while the family had fun with the games and pool, I would often use one of the many rooms as an office. Good internet, clean house, and fun amenities. We definitely recommend booking this home!

10 bedrooms for 2 families was more than enough! I can't believe we were able to snag such a huge house for a week long stay! Our blended families had a blast and we hope to return again!

This house is huge!
This house is huge! 10 bed /11 full bathrooms. It is very deceiving from the outside because it doesn’t look that big but man, the house just kept going and going. There was space for our 20 people to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. We spend days at Disney/Universal and nights having fun in the house. This family trip was perfect!

My kids love this home!!
I think my kids want to live here now lol! Jokes aside, the house is wonderful. The kids got to play basketball all day long in the game room while I enjoyed all of the kitchen space. Truly was a home away from home and we would definitley suggest booking this home asap!

HIGHLY recommend
Our family had an AMAZING trip. I think the cousins enjoyed the home together as much as Disney World. :) We had family tournaments on all of the games and loved swimming every day of our stay. The hot tub was also the perfect ending to a long theme park day. We would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home.

Nothing but a wonderful expresidente through and through! Villatel was amazing and very attentive and would respond in a timely manner! The home is no more than 20 minutes away from all parks! Overall my entire my family and myself had an incredible time! Thank you!

Perfect Trip
We would definitely return here, this home definitely exceeded out expectations! There was so much space for my family that we never felt cramped. We personally prefer Universal Studios and it was not far away at all, so that was a real treat for us adults!

Great house!
Great house! I loved that there were both bath and pool towels for all of us. The patio was huge and we decided to rent the grill so that we can bbq for a few nights. It was an amazing family vacation and we would definitely come back!

My family and I LOVED this home!! It was very spacious and beautiful! Not to mention all the amenities we enjoyed!! There wasn’t a dull moment.. The house was very accurate to the photos provided, the only things that were missing was the led lights in the Dino room, and the water fountain in the pool. Other than that, the house was perfect! Communication with Villatel was great too, they responded quickly, and were very informative. We used this home for a Thanksgiving family reunion and incorporated all the games provided for our game tournament! Everything turned out great, and we have this house and Villatel to thank!!

Great for large families!
The house set up was amazing for a larger groups! There were 26 of us here for a family reunion. Crazy amount of people and yet we never felt squished inside. It was amazing! We added pool heat and that was a real game changer. I can't wait to come back next year!

Amazing place
We had an awesome time here! It was the perfect home to stay in with the family, especially since our vacation to Europe was cancelled. This was a great alternative! Super huge house, wonderful host and staff, and the place was thoroughly cleaned (wife even checked BEHIND the toilets lol). Anyway, no complaints here. The home was exactly as promised. We will definitely return!

Mini-vacation
We honestly booked this house to get out of our own small apartment for a mini-vacation. We needed a break! It was well worth the trip because the home is as beautiful as it is in the pictures. So much room for everyone, fun days spent swimming in our private pool, movie nights with the kids... it was great!!

Responsible Staff
I loved that the host answered so many of my questions before I even booked the house! There was a small issue with the pool heat, but the tech came right out within the hour and got it turned on manually. So glad we decided to add the pool heat since we used the hot tub every night lol. My teens loved having their own bathrooms for once and the little ones loved playing in kid theme rooms! All in all, we had a wonderful time here!

Amazing Homes
This Villatel home was great for my team members. We had a small office trip and it was just the place we needed for quiet days filled with work and nights filled with relaxation or shopping/entertainment in Orlando. There were 10 of us and more than enough space for everyone to grab a quiet spot to work and then come together for presentations. We had dinners out and took the hosts suggestion for a catered dinner. 10 out of 10 we would book with this home, or any other home, with this host again!

Better than a hotel
This home was amazing! So much space, good working internet (kids are remote learning), and lots of things to do inside that we barely needed to leave for anything. We used instacart for groceries and Ubereats for meals when didn't feel like cooking but wanted to use caution and not do outdoor dining. Honestly, it was much easier to vacation here than a hotel. We would definitely do it again!

Loved the vacations
My kids could not stop playing in the pool and in the game room! Definitely gave this busy mom some time to relax and unwind for once lol. They loved the Solterra clubhouse and the host was super responsive with any questions we may have had. Disney was a blast and we honestly plan on booking with Villatel again!

Everything was amazing! Clean, large rooms, private bathrooms, loved the hot tub, and non-stop Disney marathons in the movie theater kept the kids very entertained! The house is top-notch. You won't regret renting it!!

Bachlorette bliss!
Even though my wedding was postponed until 2021, we decided to book a home to just get away and relax for a few days. We're so glad that we did! My and the girls had a great time and barely even needed to leave the house! While I would have preferred to get married, at least I had a moment to enjoy spending time with family and friends, which is always important. We made lasting memories and I definitely will rebook for a newly-wed getaway next year! :)
