This home on Solterra was perfect! There was a group of 23 of us, 15 adults and 8 kids and none of us wanted to leave.Excellent amenities and highly recommend!

The one thing that I didn’t like was parking. It was very congested! Any families did not obey the no street parking clause. The development has designated parking but not enough considering some of the units were 10 bedrooms that had multiple families driving in from different destinations.

We had an awesome stay. Our family had an absolutely awesome time. All the kids and adults were fully entertained. Everything was stocked well - lots of dishes and towels. Management was extremely helpful and prompt when we needed them . We are already planning our next years vacation in the same house !!! I would highly recommend this house and Villatel. We will for sure rent from them again.

We decided to book a vacation even though the world is pretty uncertain right now. However, we're so happy that we booked this home! The pictures don't do it justice. It was absolutely gorgeous, the hot tub was awesome, and we regularly used UberEats since we didn't want to leave the homel Best stay-cation for everyone!

I am one of those meticulous, over the top, uptight, detail guys, and Villatel was the first Airbnb property management that has truly impressed me. This house is everything you could ask for. We booked the property in September for a January trip. Twelve guys for a golf, pickle ball, basketball and NFL viewing long weekend (Thursday-Monday). Check- in was flawless and ahead of schedule. We arrived at Solterra by 11:30am and used the pool/clubhouse facility until the home was ready. The drink prices at the Solterra pool bar are a little crazy ($9 domestic beer), and you cannot bring in your own beverages, but it was a vacation. Villatel notified us that the home was “ready” at 1pm. The home is large and beautiful with many amenities, but it was the attention to detail, two sets of high quality towels (bath/hand/face) in every room with another two sets in reserve, in each room closet. Two rolls of new toilet paper in each bathroom, small hand soap bars, shampoos, hairdryers…literally, no different than an upscale Marriott. There were at least thirty quality pool towels in the laundry area. The kitchen had two large refrigerators, two dishwashers, an electric range, traditional coffee maker, four slice toaster, blender, hand mixer, knife set, pots, and baking pans. They were all of average quality, fine for a typical family stay. For those making gourmet meals and drinks, you might want to bring a better blender and cooking pans (we did). Their dinnerware options were nice, as they had 20-30 counts of two size glassware, two sizes of ceramic plates, bowls and coffee cups. They also had the same options in “plastic” that could be used for the outside dining area. Their serving pieces were minimal, but adequate for most families. We brought our own, since we had cooks and former bartenders in our group. The beds were all comfortable with excellent sheets and pillows. The home theater is amazing and the game room was fun. The upstairs common area, with an air hockey table and pool table were also fun. The large common areas make this house exceptional for large family/friend gatherings, and Villatel are now the only people I trust to pay attention to detail. Exceptional experience!

Upon paying for my reservation,confirmation emails were sent to me and included the wrong address. After circling around 15 minutes I was forced to go back to the main gate and luckily the guard was familiar with the street address and provided me with the correct address.

Once I finally contacted the host for the correct code to enter the home and settled in, I went to put on the pool/jacuzzi heater and to my surprise NO HEAT! After paying additional for the heater, I had to contact their maintenance to check the heater. The heater was broken, we was in 40-50 degrees weather and was unable to utilize the pool or jacuzzi which was a HUGE disappointment and inconvenience for my kids that had a water theme gathering planned! The neighbors surrounding us were having fun in their pools enjoying Christmas family time and it was just a huge tease, disappointment and false advertisement!

There was plenty of space for everyone. The movie room was fantastic and so comfortable.We were able to plug up game systems in the game room and movie room everything went smooth, checking in was a breeze! Amil at Villatel was so helpful!

Close to the theme parks in a nice, safe, gated community! Plenty of amenities. Would stay there again!

we all loved the house, however we were only allowed 5 cars(which is what we had) which should be a minimum for a 26 person sleep. fortunately we had 2 families fly in to Orlando which we picked up and brought them to our house. but the bigger problem was parking for only 2 cars and we were not allowed to park on the street near our house. designated parking close to our house was almost always taken and we had to park several blocks away at times and walk to house. this was extremely poorly planned for 26 sleep rental. yet resort rules were very clear if we parked on the street our cars would be towed. I am for obeying the rules, however I DO NOT LIKE BEING THREATENED. as this was an issue clearly caused by them. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS

ALSO GARBAGE SERVICE WAS PITIFUL 3CUBIC FT BOX 24 PEOPLE "AGAIN A THREAT ABOUT VOLUME" AND DIDNT EVEN PICK UP 1 DAY WE CALLED JEEVES TOLD US THEY WOULD COME BACK AND GET IT, BUT NEVER SHOWED UP AND STUNK THE PLACE UP. AGAIN VERY SAD WE WONT BE BACK

There are a number of different vacation property management companies and Jeeves puts the rest to shame! We stayed at another home leased by a different management company in the same neighborhood and had two very different experiences. We will only be renting from Jeeves from now on. Every detail is thought out ahead of time for your vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans and everything needed to prepare meals for large families/groups. Tons of room! The movie theater room was a huge hit as was the arcade room! Jeeves was extremely responsive whenever we needed anything! This home was truly incredible and we can't wait to come back.

I think my kids want to live here now lol! Jokes aside, the house is wonderful. The kids got to play basketball all day long in the game room while I enjoyed all of the kitchen space. Truly was a home away from home and we would definitley suggest booking this home asap!

We had a great stay in Davenport for a family reunion. The home had plenty of space for all 22 of us, ranging from age 3 - 70. Plenty of sleeping options, lots of room for all our food and the game room was fun. The pool in the yard was a hit for everyone, although we probably didn't need the heater at this time of year (late April), especially after discovering that the pool and hot tub heater is combined. We had a little trouble getting the theater room equipment running, even with some "techies" in the group, so it would have been nice to have instructions for that. We also rented a BBQ grill that wasn't there when we arrived and had to reach out to the property managers to get it delivered, so ended up with one night we had to adjust dinner plans. Our only other complaint is that the community is a lot like you'd find with townhouses where the homes are packed in with narrow streets, so parking 5 vehicles was kind of a pain. Overall, the experience was great and we would recommend the home/property owner and would stay here again if in the area.

We all loved the house. The room me and my wife stayed in was AWESOME! Bed was so comfortable and the sheets were clean and were smelling really nice!! My daughter stayed in despicable me themed room and she loved it. Sadly we just stayed for 2 days and wish we had more time. If you are a family who is looking to go on a vacation, i would suggest booking this one. You will love it!

This home was great for our family of 14 and we even had 3 bedrooms to spare. It was as we expected and as described in the description. The kids had a great time with the arcade games. Very clean accommodations and fantastic that all bedrooms had their own full bath.
Perhaps downfalls to share would be that the pool and hot tub do not have independent thermostat controls so don't expect to come home after a long day and the hot tub be hot. The heat to it does not work unless you turn on a 60 minute timer. For the $500 cost of an independent heater all homes wired like this should be changed over. It is rather a pain to have to keep bothering maintenance over this although I will say they were very responsive.
The pool was always up to temperature but waterfall apparently has not worked for a few years. (There rest any intention to fix it). The theater room was fantastic and we all enjoyed that. And, it was great to have two refrigerators. Pans were limited, old and warped and there was not a spatula in the drawer. Hot water to the kitchen sink takes about a minute and a half. All homes should have in cabinet on demand hot water. Expect to purchase any condiments and spices you might need for your stay.
All the beds, bedding and pillows were clean and very comfortable. All showers had excellent pressure any plenty of hot water.
Overall we all had a very nice stay at this home and can highly recommend it to anyone. Addressing shortfalls or not will invariably always play out negatively or positively in the eyes of future lessees. Hopefully Villatel's stated commitment to quality continues to filter down through attention to the smallest of details. Again, highly recommended.

Our group of 25 comfortably stayed in this beautiful house. We called it our "mansion" for the week. The rooms were spacious and SO comfortable. The amenities were great and everything functioned well for our needs. We even got the chance to visit the resort's pool and had a blast. Great experience from beginning to end. We were sad to leave but hope to return again to the same location next year for our annual conference trip. :)

Really wonderful house. We had two families so there was plenty of room to spread out. The pool area was great and all the games in the house were a great deal of fun. We really loved the movie room - it could fit us all. Would highly recommend. The only drawback is if you are going to have more than two cars there is only parking for two.

I can't believe how run down and dirty the house was. Every carpet from the steps into every room was filthy. The walls from 2ft down, haven't been cleaned in a long time. Cobwebs covering the lights directly over the dining table. Found the bedspreads and a mattress with stains, covered over. Pool area hasn't been cleaned and still had jewlry and hair weave on the deck. The Jacuzzi and 1 of the 4 arcade games didn't work and was never repaired, despite going in person to the management company after they stopped answer phones and returning messages. Most of the other games pictured only partially worked. Parking was terrible with only 2 spots and on street parking where you could find it.

Theater room was nice, lots of storage and kitchen space.

I would not recommend this house or the management company who just stopped calling back and trying to fix our problems.

This house had 10 bedrooms and there was so much room, we never felt crowded or on top of each other.Hosts are very responsive and we will certainly contact if we have a future need.

Overall we were impressed with all aspects of the property and would recommend it. Only negatives were the distance to the Disney parks which always took at least 45 minutes to one hour as the traffic on the I-4 is always awful.

Partying neighbours can be a problem (which in our isolated case Villertal did not respond to.

My family and I love this property. The house was beautiful. The kids had so much fun in the game room and movie theater. The adults were able to spend time in the pool without disturbance. It’s like the property owner thought of everything you would want in a vacation rental. Me and my family would definitely stay here again.

I love private swimming pools and it was one of the reason i booked the house and I am glad that i did. Pool was soooo clean! The whole place was literally spotless clean! Our host was amazing and was very cooperative. We will definitely visit again.

Highly recommended Vcg properties. House was better then described, clean and very roamy. Fully equipped kitchen with all needed cooking appliances and utensils. Close to all the attractions. Kids loved it!

Fairly well maintained home with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, multiple areas for games and fun and a decent-sized pool area. The cleanliness of the home is pretty good but wish it was better. As soon as we moved a chair in the kitchen, dust balls came flying out. A large hole in one of the kids bunk room bathrooms was also there from check in and never repaired during our stay. But the biggest challenge is that all of the homes are so close together so when you go to the screened in pool area, you hear and see others in neighboring homes so if language or music is not of your taste or ears, you have to stay inside. But a good touchdown place for an Orlando getaway.

We really enjoyed the home. The house was just like the pictures. The only thing we didn't like about the home is the lack of parking as well as all the restrictions around where you can or can't park. I also don't like the fact that the they have tow people driving around the resort looking for vehicles to tow knowing the parking is horrible and most of these people are from out of state visiting. Some of the house guest had to park around the corner and walk.
