Large Property
We had a great time at this large property. It was nice for a large group to have their own space. The 2 fridge and 2 dishwashers were great! We loved the area and having a hot tub was great! We decided last minute to rent the grill and the property managers were very responsive and we received the grill quickly. We had 1 minor issue with something needing to be fixed and they sent someone out quickly and it was fixed right away. Theater was a huge bonus! We would stay again!

Excellent Property
We were a group of about 25 people in the age group ranging from 10 to 80. The place was spacious, with good quality appliances, a well-maintained swimming pool, carpet, Nice Quality TVs in every room, the arcade was clean and good, etc. Absolutely no complaints.

Large space for office team
Great home for our small corporate retreat. We used the dining room for group meetings and the interent worked well with 10 people using phones/laptops/etc. Everyone on my team reported having a really nice time!

Beautifully decorated house
The house was absolutely beautiful and had so much room for me and my large group of family and friends! The pool and karaoke machine were a huge hit, and were used daily. Getting to hit the clubhouse was really cool too. It was another place that the adults to hang out and have a nice day outside the home!

This house is amazing.
This house is amazing. Big enough to fit plenty of adults and children, with room to spare. We were highly impressed with the game rooms, pool, and subdivision pool as well. When the cost is split per person, the total turns out to be less than most hotels in the area. We would stay here again.

This place was 100% accurate in the description and photos. Everything was great if not better then I had expected. The Villatel host, Amil, was timely in responses and was able to answer any questions I had up to and through the week I stayed their. Everything was clean and perfect! Home Away From Home
Our extended family of 12 stayed in this beautiful home for one week. The house was phenomenal- huge, 10 bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms, well stocked. The kids' rooms were awesome - hand painted and themed. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was amazing. Property managers were very responsive. Occasionally we had a long wait to get in the guard gate at the entrance but that was a minor inconvenience compared to the value of staying at this home.

Amazing space for large groups and parties
Amazing space for large groups and parties. Requested early check in but have difficulty accessing house at noon. A quick phone call and I was able to get access quickly, though. Had some issues with arcade games, WiFi, and a leaking shower. But it was an amazing space and home for our large family of 18. The kids loved the themed rooms and the movie theater.

New and pretty!
This place is new, so that is really nice! Large community pool area was so cool and the kids loved The Lazy River at the clubhouse. They already want me to book this house for the holiday vacation too lol.

Beautiful and in a wonderful location
The place was beautiful and in a wonderful location. Theater room was spectacular and a hit with the whole family as well as the game room, although the racing game steering wheel did not work. Only issues was the trash bin was too close to the front door and anytime you opened the door there would be a rush of flies and insects. All in all a great place to stay and customer service was expedient!! Will be back!

Perfect space!
Perfect space for large families! Since this house could sleep 26 people, we were able to get 3 small families here and still have plently of lounge space to not feel crowded! The grandkids loved the games and pool while my husband was in heaven grilling every day! I would definitley recommend booking this house if you're on the fence!

Perfect Place
This home is amazing. My family loved the game rooms and of course the pool. Having a washer and dryer on both floors was nice. And 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwasher was also nice for such a large group of 19. We had more than enough space. The only thing lacking was pot holders and dish towels. I would definitely recommend this home for your stay!

Very nice place kids loved the rooms with the bunk beds and the arcade room kept them busy along with the theater room for night time movies. The 2 refrigerators was a plus for to hold all the food and drinks great place will definitely stay again

Great Experience
This house was everything that was advertised! The big kids, adults, and the little kids all had a great time alike. I hadn't anticipated the arcade games being free which was a great surprise. Having all the needed cookware, appliances, and large number of dishes was a plus as well. Nothing worse than a big house with enough dishes for 5 people. My only complaint would have been the placement of the foosball table. There is already limited space to move around the pool and it just was in the way of getting from the grill back into the house. Not really a complaint but rather an observation.

Best Location
Start to finish, the process worked flawlessly. We were able to access the house without difficulty. We found it to be as advertised. We needed a little assistance during our stay and Jeeves was very responsive. We would definitely use this house again.

This is a beautiful property. We would definitely stay again. Depending on the amount of cars you have in your party, parking can be hectic. Otherwise, this property is worth a shot! Plenty to do for the entire family.

Very well kept and clean

Thank you so much for the great experience for my family! It was great, very clean , the hot tub had issues and was resolved before I could blink. They were great on check in and check out. A lot of towels for the pool. Needed extra wash clothes but there was about 18 of us in all. Very nice place with a lot of space .
I had a great time ! My daughter enjoyed her 11th birthday and we would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We will be back again maybe next year just not in January! (Even though the pool was nice and warm when ask to be heated)
