Great Home
From the moment you step in the house all you can say is waw, waw, waw. Very spacious, decor was on point and gorgeous. Love that every single room had their private bathroom and more. The house is perfect for adults and kids, game room and movie theater was a hit. 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers lol more than enough.. They responded quickly to my issues except one day our pool was cold and the person never showed up but then it started working so I let that slide but the other days they were quick. Again we all loved it and didn't want to come back home lol.

spacious and well designed
The check-in process was simplistic and great. The communication was punctual and pleasant. All of which my family extend a thanks. If a suggestion were in order, it would be the housekeeping detail. Upon entering our family immediately noticed stained carpeting, window curtains partially hanging, missing Disney statue in the kids bedrooms, arcade game was inoperable. Nonetheless, the home was spacious and well designed and decorated.

This was a beautiful property with an amazing clubhouse! The Villatel staff was excellent and they reached out and responded immediately to any questions we had. They made sure we had a perfect vacation! We WILL be back!

We loved this Solterra property!
This home on Solterra was perfect! There was a group of 23 of us, 15 adults and 8 kids and none of us wanted to leave. Excellent amenities and highly recommend!

House is amazing
House is amazing, large , upper end furnishings, 2 refrigerators , 2 dishwashers , 2 washer and dryers and plenty of space for a large group. The game room was a nice bonus.

Perfect Home for Vacations

Enjoyable and spacious
With the exception of a pricked with the access code every thing went very well. The property mgt. responded to our needs quickly and graciously. I would recommend this place to any large family gathering. Our grandchildren loved it and would love to go back.

Huge house, loved it!
10 bedrooms for 2 families was more than enough! I can't believe we were able to snag such a huge house for a week long stay! Our blended families had a blast and we hope to return again!

Gorgeous home, so big!
Beautiful, giant, clean home! It's honestly deceptive when you look at the outside... just a normal looking house. When you walk in, it literally took our breath away. The decor was everything and there was so much space! You couldn't tell it was a 10 bedroom house until you got inside and boy was it wonderful!

We had a large group of 15 adults and everyone was very comfortable. The owner was very easy to deal with and very quick responses. Stores and shops were nearby and we spent several days at Disney!

This house was made for us!
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren - 20 os us in total. This house was PERFECT right down to the decorations in the living areas which were all white and gold! The teens played in the arcade, the pool, enjoyed the pool table inside and the foosball table on the patio. We brought a dry erase board and played pictionary in the theater so everyone could easily see the board. We had movie times complete with popcorn. We were able to prepare an entire Thanksgiving dinner for all of us and by bringing in the table front he patio and putting beside the dining room table all 20 of us sat at the same table for the first time ever!

Magical Stay
We brought all of our children, their spouses and all of our grandchildren (Five Families and 24 People Total) for a week to Disney World. We looked into may VRBO options, communicated with the owners, and made the decision to stay at this wonderful property. It was a great decision! We absolutely loved our stay here. Our little grandchildren loved the princess room and the Harry Potter room. Everyone loved the game room, the pool and the hot tub! Many of us stayed up late one night to watch our favorite college basketball team in the theater room. There was ample space for all five families and all the children. We spent the evenings playing games around the large kitchen table. We loved having two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two washers & dryers. The managers were responsive and easy to work with from the beginning to the end our our stay. Everything about this home exceeded our expectations and we would fully recommend this home to anyone ... especially, those who might have larger family groups! It was amazing, just like our entire time in Orlando! Thanks, so much!

Great home on the resort
My kids loved everything about this house! The amenities at the Solterra club were amazing and they spent hours at the Lazy River. It was honestly a ton of fun for us grown-ups too lol

Better Than the Theme Parks!!
We were BLOWN away by the house. It was better than the pictures. And the reaction from the children and grandchildren was worth every penny paid.
I thought the younger children were going to start crying when they went into their favorite rooms and said goodbye.

Best Vacation Home Ever!!!!!
My family and I had the best time and stay at this home. This home is very spacious, everyone in my family was very comfortable. The house came equipped with everything. Even when I had minor issues (questions about theatre system), the host came out right away to help us with any issues that we had. The house was very clean; and beautiful.

Just beautiful
This house was just as pictured but more beautiful in person. We were a large group with many children and everyone was able to find something they loved with the home! The pool, theater, game room, were highlights for all of us. We had an amazing time and would love to come back here!

Great place
Great place , the house was awesome. Looks exactly like the pictures. Only issue was getting the pool heat fixed . We booked a stay for 3 nights and they weren’t able to get the pool heat working until the last day. They ended up refunding the pool heat and extended checkout for 2 hours upon request.

Nearest to the Disney
The house was amazing! My family absolutely loved everything about it. The movie room was perfect for entertaining the kids, as well as the pool area where they spent majority of their time at. Disney is only a couple minutes away which is perfect for the kids

Best place for work
Even though this was a vacation for my family, I still had to work. The extra space was very helpful and I was able to use the wifi with no issues. Family had fun and I got work done. Win-Win situation!

Place was clean as a whistle.
Just like the pics. We had some noisy neighbors the first few nights and were thankful when the left. I would definitely stay here again. Minir issues were addressed quickly. Place was clean as a whistle.
