Should have been better
House was obviously not cleaned well before we arrived: we found socks, bag of chips, earrings, a shoe, a squirt gun, and a cup. The theater room smelled of smoke. The pool was not circulating correctly, which took until our 4th day to get fixed. We had to call Jeeves so many times (this is where I think working with the actual owner of a house is better). They did bring air freshener for the theater room (which was also missing a remote) and the guy who came to fix the pool was great. The microphone for karaoke was broken and never got fixed. Despite this, my family had a great time- the house is huge and pool is awesome. The neighborhood can be loud though- lots of big groups outside late at night. It just would have been nice to have been offered some sort of compensation for all of the problems that we had, but no such luck. Again, this is where working with the home owner is better- they fix things faster and will often bend over backwards to make sure that your stay is great. A company operating lots of houses doesn't care. As long as things go well, it's a great place to stay, but if there are problems, it's not so smooth.

Beautiful Hime
Property was as described. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we were not able to access the club house and other amenities. It would have been better if we had been notified prior to arrival.

Giant house for large families
This house is huge! 10 bed /11 full bathrooms. It is very deceiving from the outside because it doesn’t look that big but man, the house just kept going and going. There was space for our 20 people to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. We spend days at Disney/Universal and nights having fun in the house. This family trip was perfect!

Beautiful home as advertised, however BBQ rental and property inspection issue!
Home was as advertised however the BBQ grill I paid to use was inoperable wouldn't stay lit wasn't able to use 1st night. Called office in am explained situation. No problem we'll send maint out to look at it. Waited most of morning and afternoon wasn't able to use for lunch. Sent texts back and forth no problem we'll contact maint. Then received text maint stated they were there lit the grill in front of everyone and functional. False! Texted back no one had come there.. are they sure they had the correct house. Eventually a new one was delivered, however after 5pm we've already left to go out to eat. I spoke with the office and asked..I hope I didn't get charged for the two days..her response was well you rented it for the week. I feel it should've been operational for the week to use when I needed it. Inspection of property prior to move in either wasn't documented properly or wasn't thorough because I received a bill 8 days later $700 for something that was already there upon arrival. The photo sent to me was a screen shot had no time stamp of when it was taken, however it was in the pictures my daughter took of things to document. I have the same photo with date and time stamp the day I arrived. I suggest you take photos or video of the house upon arrival and departure too. Called office today 06/01/21 @1:30 spoke with Erica said Jennifer was at lunch and would call me back when she returned approximately 30 minutes. I'm still waiting on the call(customer service)? I am sure this will be resolved.

Great home on the resort
My kids loved everything about this house! The amenities at the Solterra club were amazing and they spent hours at the Lazy River. It was honestly a ton of fun for us grown-ups too lol

Great home and host!
What a great find! Villatel was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions I had. We had full access to the Solterra clubhouse and we made sure to spend a lot of time there!

Wonderful space and ammenities
Senior trip was a hit in this house. The game rooms and pool were loved by all, but the best thing was the karaoke machine. Everyone loved it! Two fridges and two washing machines were great for the amount of food and laundry that we had. We never had a problem with anything! The theater room was great for nightly meetings. Easy access to the house was wonderful! The only con I saw was the Solterra lazy river. There were only 4 tubes for the entire resort.
