Excellent location in Orlando
Excellent location in Orlando. Everything was as advertised or better and my family enjoyed a great stay. We were able to get to Disney and Universal Parks with no delay. There were a couple occasions where we reached out to Villatel with questions and they would message back almost instantly. We highly recommend this location and would stay again. We had 9 adults 7 kids and everything was perfect!!! Book it!

perfect house
Spacious kitchen with2 refrigerators. I live the house themes and the pools. I also love the gated community with security and the lazy river and pool slides. This is the home to rent in Florida if you have a big family!

Perfect for work retreat
My company booked this house for a very small work retreat in the area. We mostly kept to ourselves due to the pandemic, but the house made up for that completely. Food delivery was easy, the internet worked perfectly (lots of presentations), and not having to share a bedroom/bathroom was a very nice perk. If you are looking for a large place to fit everyone, then this home is for you.

The house has everything
Wow! We just got back from an incredible stay! The house has everything we could have asked for. Everything was sparkly clean and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Pool was nice and warm even on cool nights. The kids enjoyed the game room so much. Thank you for a great time, would definitely come back!

Great space
Such a nice home! I had a lot of work projects to take care of, so while the family had fun with the games and pool, I would often use one of the many rooms as an office. Good internet, clean house, and fun amenities. We definitely recommend booking this home!

Amazing rental close to several amusement parks
This is hands down our favorite rental! We were a group of 13: mix of adults and kids ages 2 - 6 and we had a blast. We were celebrating my youngest’s 3rd birthday. We usually stay at the Pirate Island Hotel in Legoland but it was booked. But it was certainly in our favor because this setup was much more comfortable for our group and had so many fun play room options. To the point where we considered if we should even go to Legoland because the kids were having so much fun. We did stick to the plan and it was only about a 30 minute drive. My six year old who usually struggles sleeping on his own would sleep the entire night in the top bunk of the kid’s room. Have you seen the picture of the movie theater? Omg, we did movie nights each night. So much fun! Given the times, I certainly felt this rental was a safer option (crowd control/ preventing “cross contamination”) and much more comfortable here than staying in hotel with random people. I can go on and on. The managing agency is super responsive. Every time I reached out to them, they responded immediately. We will def be back soon. Thank you 🙏🏽

Plenty of Space
There were 8 individuals in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own privacy, and at the same time everyone could sit together in the living room and dining table and everyone could hear what was going on.

Amazing property
We had THE BEST trip! This is an amazing property for any type of stay! Large family trip of 13 adults 5 kids and a baby, with plenty of living space for all. 2 refrigerators were nice to have as well as 2 dishwashers AND 2 washer and dryers. Even the decor is nice, we actually emailed the owner to see where to purchase!
Any service needs were addressed immediately by the concierge company.
The screened in pool was awesome! No bugs!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Perfect Place
Aside from the normal minor wear and tear on a property, this place was what we expected and more! The Management was very responsive and helpful. Our group of 21 already agreed to come back next year. Very nicely decorated place with plenty of room and amenities.

Very spacious house and perfect for large groups! My kids loved playing upstairs and even their rooms had games to play with! There were no complaints with my family and we will absolutely be back next year!

Awesome bedrooms.
I am definitely going back there, the spacious bedrooms were all I have ever wanted in a holiday home. I have been to several other areas for holiday but this place got me hooked. The fact that my family loved it fascinated me more.

Best Vacations
The pics for this property didn't touch how beautiful it was!!! We didn't bring any kids on this trip as it was the 4th & last 1 of the year but we played the games and enjoyed them more than the kids probably would have. With 8 ensuites, everyone had their own bathrooms and the theatre was the best of all. I will be booking this house again next year, God willing!!!

Great, big house!
Roomy, clean, comfortable, with great pool and hot tub. So close to everything and the Solterra Clubhouse was awesome for the kids. We would definitely book this house again!

Amazing place
We had an awesome time here! It was the perfect home to stay in with the family, especially since our vacation to Europe was cancelled. This was a great alternative! Super huge house, wonderful host and staff, and the place was thoroughly cleaned (wife even checked BEHIND the toilets lol). Anyway, no complaints here. The home was exactly as promised. We will definitely return!

Exceptional House
The place was everything and more what I was expecting. We had a large family vacation group from all age group and the place accommodated all the needs from bedrooms, living area, outdoor entertainments, game room entertainments, kitchen supplies, and so much more. The decor in the house is very nice as well. Will definitely book again.

Large Enough Home
The home was even more than expected. We stayed for 12 days. The house is large enough that even with 4 generations, we didn't get in each others way. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. I soaked in the hot tub every day after theme parks. It was so healing to tired muscles. The game room turned out to be a lot of fun. Before the trip I thought it would be a waste of time and money. But it didn't cost anything and it was in use any time we were there! The kids loved it and the adults started having basketball score contests. Check in and Check out were super easy and uneventful. The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers made it easy to cook and clean up for so many people.

Mini-vacation
We honestly booked this house to get out of our own small apartment for a mini-vacation. We needed a break! It was well worth the trip because the home is as beautiful as it is in the pictures. So much room for everyone, fun days spent swimming in our private pool, movie nights with the kids... it was great!!

Very organize and no problem with checking in and had all the appliances needed- home fully equipped, nice game room and the men had there own hang out to watch football without interference. Two nice sitting area, multiple television and bathrooms. Great place to stay during vacation

I can't believe we waited so long to book a house for a family vacation instead of a hotel. This was way better! So much space and fun stuff to do both in the home and at the clubhouse. I should have done this years ago lol. Compared to booking multiple rooms at a hotel, this was the cheaper option and having everyone under the same roof was perfect. If you're looking for a large space so that everyone can stay together, then look no further and book this house!

This is a beautiful home
This is a beautiful home, my family had a blast. The kitchen is well appointed with all pots, pans, dishes, ECT. There are 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 sets of washer and dryer units. The theater room is amazing and very spacious. The host Villatel was always quick to respond to all of my messages and went above and beyond to make sure my family enjoyed themselves.

The place was just perfect especially on the space aspect; all 17 of us were as comfortable as we could be. The gaming and sports rooms presented the perfect entertainment for both the kids and adults. The kitchen was the best part; it is both modern and well equipped.
