Wonderful experience
The place was absolutely great. Communication with Jeeves before and during the trip was smooth/perfect. They were super prompt in returning calls. They were always there to answer any questions. The house was exactly like what it looked like online. We had 18 people in the house and it never felt like we were on top of each other. There was so much space. And everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect.
My family complained to me about some minor things, but even they couldn't deny the place was amazing. Mother in law said the kitchen sink water didn't get hot. Tbh she usually has hers set at temperature-hell. I would have loved if we could mirror our phones in the theater. We really wanted to watch movies on Apple TV and hbomax, but it was a bit limited. The teens loved the game room. Everyone loved the pool and jacuzzi. We paid the extra for heat and it was absolutely worth it. When I say it gets hot, baby, it gets hot. Personally, I loved the heat. It felt so good to my back and knee.
We did have a bit of trouble at the gate to get onto the property, but I think that has less to do with Jeeves and more to do with the crotchety security guard at the gate.
Oh I can't forget the best thing. The beds were so comfortable. When I say they were comfortable, child I didn't want to get up. Several of us decided to forgo Universal (even though we had tickets) in order to stay in bed. The blankets and pillows felt like heaven. I rarely sleep well outside the comfort of my own bed, but this was amazing. I can't think of what else to say, except if you're planning to rent, rent with Jeeves!

Loved the clubhouse and home!
The location was also great! We spent time at the clubhouse for swimming, the Lazy River, and dinner. At home, we played games, watched movies on a huge movie screen (kids loved seeing the Lion King up close lol), and genuinely had a great time together!

Huge!
The size of the house was great for the whole family. Spent the day at the parks and nights just hanging out and being goofy together. We really made some amazing memories and we already booked the home again for later this year!

Family Vacation
The house was perfect for our annual family vacation.
We had couples, singles, grandparents, kids ranging from 7 months-17. Everyone had a freaking blast.
Kitchen is huge and beautiful, the two fridges and dishwashers were perfect! The house is also stocked with so many glasses, plates, bowls and wine glasses, which was a total surprise!
The dining table was perfect for all of our kids each day for breakfast and dinner, they all set around and we got some of the best group photos!
The decor is freaking beautiful, i seriously could have a few items for my own home!
The game room was fun for all ages! had a few competitions going on!
The upstairs open loft area was perfect!
Each room with its own bathroom really makes the home comfortable for so many people being able to stay!
The “crowd pleaser” the POOL!!!!! we literally got in everyday, the lights provided the best vibes!!!!!
I didnt communicate with the management company Jeeves often, but i did message the Villatel group through the chat feature and they were always prompt, professional and accommodating!!!!
There are a few maintenance updates that are needed due to wear and tear but I promise it doesnt take away from your overall experience!

Great house
Awesome home! We were 20 minutes of an easy drive to Disney and shopping was close by. Wonderful amenities. Access to the clubhouse was a nice perk!
