Entrance/Great Room: As you enter the great room, you'll be greeted by warm, beautiful décor, a massive flat-screen TV, and comfy furniture—a total win for family bonding.

Kitchen/ Dining Room: The adjacent kitchen features crisp white cabinets, marble countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, and more than enough tools to whip up dinner and snacks for all of your guests. Just a few feet away, lay down at a feast at the oversized dining table designed for incredible mealtime memories with your entire crew.
Bowling Alley: Fire up your appetite and your competitive spirit as you hit up the ground floor bowling alley: your entertainment oasis, complete with top-of-the-line lanes and arcade games.
Game Loft: The entertainment continues upstairs in the game loft, featuring shuffleboard, darts, and a spacious lounge perfect for socializing, schmoozing with the fam jam, or catching a quick snooze on the couch.
Movie Theater: For those who prefer screen time over playtime, a personal theater room seats 15—an epic spot to catch the big game.
Fitness Room: Burn off those nerves between innings or quarters in your private training center, outfitted with a top-of-the-line treadmill, bike, and free weights.
Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full): When the fun and games are over, retreat to one of nine timeless, designer bedrooms. On the first floor, discover three conveniently located sanctuaries with en suite baths, including two master bedrooms with king-size beds, and a master queen bedroom with a double-door walkout to the pool area. On the second floor, not far from the kids’ rooms, you’ll find six more sumptuous bedrooms with en suite baths.
Themed Bedrooms: Two incredible themed kids’ rooms also await the little ones. In the Pirate’s Hideaway, kids can “walk the plank” from the top bunk of their personal shipwreck, and escape into the safety of their cozy beds.
Just next door, the Frozen Forest room is the ultimate winter wonderland, decked out with white snow-y décor, character wall art, and an “ice” slide for racing down the mountain and into bed.
Pool & Patio: Too chilly in there? Time to head outside to enjoy the Florida sunshine. From the massive swimming pool, jacuzzi, and comfy lounge chairs to the water slide, patio games, and outdoor kitchen, this spot is practically a big, warm hug.

Absolutely immaculate, the houses were just as described in both words and images. Cooking was enjoyable with the clean, spacious, and furnished kitchen. We were very comfortable and in total luxury in the spacious, comfortable beds. The community is under construction but villa was clean!

Fantastic kid rooms
This house is fantastic! Close to all parks, has a private pool and large parking on site. Everything was immaculate! The kids couldn’t have asked for more as their room had everything they needed for a wonderful playtime.

Enjoyed our vacation!
My friends and I couldn't help playing golf all day. The facilities in the house were immaculate. The kids were happy to spend time in the pool, soccer room, bowling alley, and house. There is plenty of space for a group of 15.

This house was absolutely perfect. Could not have asked for a better location or set up. The furnishings are excellent, the beds are comfy.

Brand New Villa
This villa surpassed our expectations with the quality services accorded from reservation to checking in. The house quality was far much better than we anticipated with construction all over the place. We have spent nights in different villas in Orlando but this was our first time here and won’t be the last.
