Their first option is the Brick Builder’s room: a brightly colored kiddie “construction site,” where they can climb over giant blocks to reach the top bunk and then zip down their very own spiral slide. Vivid wall art depicts animated movie scenes, and hidden bunk beds make for cozy sleep spaces.

In the Superhero Hideaway room, guests can pretend to be the world’s mightiest heroes, sleeping in an iron man’s suit of armor or sneaking through a hidden hero portal. Ladders and a slide will tire them out for bedtime, when they can dream of using their superpowers for good.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full): With room for up to 28 guests, this villa invites everyone to retreat to their own personal oasis at wind-down time. In addition to the two themed kids’ rooms, you’ll find nine gorgeously appointed bedrooms decked out in Mid-Century Modern style.

On the first floor, discover three conveniently located sanctuaries with en suite baths, including two master bedrooms with king-size beds, and a master queen bedroom with a double door walkout to the pool area. On the second floor, not far from the kids’ rooms, you’ll find six more sumptuous bedrooms with en suite baths.

• This home’s driveway accommodates up to 5 cars WITH parking passes placed in the windshields; cars parked on the street will be towed.

• Additional LIMITED parking is available nearby (~1 mile away) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Total number of cars per villa cannot exceed 5.
