Entrance/Great Room: A high-ceilinged foyer welcomes you into this clean-lined and modern, yet warm and welcoming 4,000-square-foot Transitional-style villa. Kitchen/Dining Room: Masterpiece meals come together easily in the fully equipped open-concept chef’s kitchen—featuring sleek gray custom cabinetry, blue and white mini subway tiles, and a white stone floor. Grab a snack at the breakfast bar, or savor a leisurely meal together at the fabulous dining table with plenty of seating.

Movie Theater/Arcade Room: Find excitement around every corner, including in the garage-turned-theater with an adjacent arcade. Sink into the comfortable seats to watch your favorite big-screen movies! Or enjoy an intermission like none other with an exciting array of classic arcade games.

Pool & Patio: Step outside to take a dip in the sparkling blue water of your private screened pool and spa. Play foosball on the patio or simply relax poolside on a lounger. The covered outdoor kitchen with its lanai sitting area and dining table is a great spot to grill up lunch or dinner on the built-in BBQ.

Game Loft/Office: Head upstairs to the spacious loft for even more lounging and play space, including a poker/game table with seating, TV, air hockey, and more. You can even polish off a little work at the desk-and-chair office setup.

Themed Bedroom: Just when you think you’ve seen it all, you’ll open the door to the jaw-dropping arctic-themed kids’ room (sleeps 6). Designed to fire up your little ones’ imaginations, the “Wintry Wonder” room features wall art that brings to mind their favorite cinematic frozen land and the heroines and heroes that inhabit it. Bedtime is easier than ever when you tuck your little princesses and princes into the cozy Nordic cottage bunk beds, where they can put their superpowers to rest for the night. Come morning, the kids will love discovering the closet that doubles as a secret game room!

Bedrooms (King & Queen): Featuring high-end materials and stylish, modern décor, five additional gorgeous bedrooms with private baths cater to the grownups in your group (though we don’t blame if you want to sneak into those cozy cottages, #YOLO).

Conveniently located on the first floor, two of the bedrooms offer king-size beds and en suite baths (one bedroom even has a private entry to the pool area). Welcoming and relaxing, these sanctuaries feature natural fabrics and a soothing palette of taupes, creams, and grays with the occasional pop of color.
