The adjacent kitchen boasts generous counter space and bar stool seating—the perfect spot for snacks and happy hours. Feast in style at the oversized dining table with seating for up to 20 guests, while shooting some pool in between courses.
Just down the hall, you’ll find a multi-purpose room with arcade game classics like mini-hoops, air hockey, and ping-pong.

Lovely Villa!
Wow! World-class villa with excellent amenities. I was recently invited to stay with friends. The great room has a perfect design that allows us to socialize and create unforgettable memories. I came with my two daughters and they felt like real princesses in the kid’s bedroom.

It was fun for kids!
We had a marvelous time. The House was impeccable and big enough to accommodate my large family. We enjoyed the pool every day and the children’s playroom was way too much fun for our 5 kids than we anticipated.

Great Stay!
Wow! What an awesome house! I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes but this one was certainly one of the best. The house offered so many great features - the pool with privacy panels, game/theater room, kids themed bunk bed room, en-suites in every bedroom, plenty of towels - pool and bath, upgraded furniture (comfortable pieces, soft close doors, etc.). The kids with us (and the adults) were on cloud 9 and not once during the entire trip did I hear an “I’m bored,” which is saying a LOT. The kitchen was well appointed with just about everything needed for cooking meals. The beds, sheets, pillows, couches were all extremely comfortable (I’m very picky so again, this is saying a lot). It was just a really amazing place to stay.
A few small cons - the “hidden game room” mentioned in the description and on the floor plan doesn’t actually exist in this house, so that was a disappointment. When I inquired about it I was informed that the gaming system had been stolen but there was no TV, chairs or any sort of set up where it was suppose to be.
I will also say the construction around the neighborhood is a lot but once we were inside the house we forgot all about it.
Lastly, the traffic getting in and out of the community is significant. But we were there to enjoy the house so we didn’t leave that often.
Overall we were thrilled with our stay. I would definitely recommend this home/company to anyone looking to rent a vacation home. It is very apparent that this company took the time to research and find out what people really want/need while on holiday and I think they nailed it. I will certainly rent from them again!

Theme rooms were great!
This house met all our large family expectations and needs. There was enough room for our multiple family gatherings. The themed kids’ room was also one of a kind. We will definitely stay here again.

Themed rooms were great.
Stayed in this property for our vacation. Very lovely, modern, neat and classy, great for our party of 10 including 4 kids. This property was very kid friendly with the gated pools, games room and themed bedroom. There is construction outside but the neighborhood is generally nice and quiet.
