Raeally nice but some changes needed
We really enjoyed the stay overall! Plenty of room for our family of 13 to spread out and have space. There are just a couple of inconveniences that we had to deal with and hopefully can be remedied for future guests.
First, we followed what the welcome stay binder instructed us as far as the trash. We put it in the bin and we’re told in the binder that it would be emptied daily. Well…that was not the case, but the trash did get emptied after the 4th day. We reached out to VRBO and Jeeves service and both were really responsive in trying to get the matter corrected. With a family of 13 even going to Disney each day of our stay, the trash can pile up. =)
Secondly, lighting was an issue. The lights in the main gathering area upstairs did not work no matter what light switch we tried. However, not a big deal for us as we were gone throughout the day and crashed after Disney at night. There are no overhead lights in the bedroom on the main floor. Not sure why there was no light in the ceiling fan but the other rooms just like it had lights in the same ceiling fan/light fixture. An over head light would have been great besides just the night stand lights. However, just a minor inconvenience. There are also missing overhead lights in the ceiling fan fixtures over the back deck/patio…again, minor inconvenience.
Thirdly, before and after your shower in the bathroom off the main floor bedroom, you will be on display to the neighbors next-door. The window over the shower is high and while in the shower the neighbors cannot see you, however, the neighbors on the 2nd floor on the next-door house can see you in all your glory before you get in and after you get out of the shower stall. Also, with where the mirror is, you think you may be safe but the mirror also provides another angle for the neighbors. After showering in the dark, the first night, I figured out how to protect our privacy by putting the pool towels folder vertically in the window and thus gave us privacy to shower. It took 5 of them vertically folded to go across the window in case this is not remedied and you book this house for your stay. If you don’t mind being seen in all your glory, then you don’t need to worry about this. =)
Fourthly, the neighborhood. It was loud at times but I am not sure if it is because of year-round people or if the people renting the houses were loud. Having said that, the sound proofing in this house was pretty decent.
Fifth, the pool basketball hoop.

Highly suggest renting this house
The home is beautiful and so close to so many attractions. Our Villatel host Amil was wonderful and answered very quickly whenever we had any questions or concerns! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and great place!

Great House
Large and spacious with plenty of room for our group of 20+. 20 min to Disney. Clean! Workout room times were inconvenient. Could have used more towels. Otherwise, great experience.

This house is amazing!
This house is amazing!!! Honestly, too many things to do just inside that I wish we could have stayed another week. Kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms are beautiful and clean, movie room is awesome. The property management company was very responsive and the resort amenities are great. You are close to neighbors so it got a little noisy at some times of the day but when in the pool still felt private. I don't normally like to visit the same place twice but I would definitely bring more friends and family to this house in the future.

You can’t go wrong with villatel! By far our favorite to rent from. Any age can enjoy this house! The bedrooms took just as good in person as they do in pictures!

We stayed in this house for 7days for a Family vacation! I can’t thank the Villatel team enough. Everything was great, communication was always fast and prompt they always worked with us since the beginning. The house was spot clean when we arrived and everything was the way it was promised. Thank you for helping us create amazing memories as a family.

The property looked exactly like the pictures! Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. Also, the property manager was so helpful and responding to all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. I would DEFINITELY rent this property thought Villatel again.

Wonderful Experience
We had a wonderful experience staying here. House was sparkling clean and looks even better in person. Location was overall good and was super close to store and the gas station. In short this is by far the best place we have stayed on vrbo

So much space!
Great home, great community! Very convenient to the parks and restaurants. This home was huge. We are a group of 7 adults and 2 young children. We had bedrooms to spare! It was clean and easy for our family. We would love to stay there again!

Huge!
Amazing house! There were 15 of us and the bedroom layout worked perfectly for us! We spent time at the Solara resort, which was a great added bonus! It only took about 20min to get to Disney and 30 to Universal. We loved it!

Nice Place
This place was very nice and the kids enjoyed it! The neighborhood can get noisy at night but that didn’t bother us as you can’t hear it inside. The beds were super comfortable and the house also was very clean. The only bad part is parking if you have more cars than can fit in the drive way because you cannot park on the street. The visitors parking was full at all times. This was a great stay for families with kids and it was very spacious.

This house was amazing!!!!!!!! I was expecting it to be great !! And it was even better than my family thought it would be !!!
Sooooo nice and spacious!! We had kids and adults of all diff ages and we allll enjoyed everything this house had to offer !!! We were 4 siblings each with our own kids .. and there was plenty of space for everyone!!!!!!! The beds were sooo comfortable!!!! And the house was soooooo perfect! We will def be back

Beautiful home
Wonderful property! Everything was beautiful and spotless. The rooms were all very cool with their different themes and the game room and theatre room were amazing. Jen at Villatel recommend we check out the resort for some extra family fun and I'm so glad we did! Would recommend to anyone trying to get together to hang out.

Amazonian Abode
This house was great! It has everything you need to have a great vacation! The kitchen has all the tools you need. (Hair dryers in all the bathrooms.) The theater is awesome! The pool is so much fun and my kids loved the basketball hoop. The heat was well worth the cost. We all enjoyed the arcade, too! (The kids wished they could see the televisions from their beds, but they enjoyed the slide and fun themed rooms.) We did wish that Solara Resort did a better job keeping the noise down on weekends. Many people are playing loud music until 4 or 5am which can make it difficult to sleep on the weekends. Jeeves management does a nice job responding to requests. Overall, highly recommend this house!
