Great during a pandemic!
Best pandemic vacation ever! In all honesty, we were driving each other crazy in our small NY apartment and figured why not rent a house so that we can all have some extra space. This house was perfect for just that need. The kids were able to play and swim around while me and the wife could lounge in our own areas. With everything still being shutdown and travel outside of the US is not possible, we will most likely rebook this home again very soon!

Disney Vacation
This house was the perfect landing spot during our Disney vacation. It was an easy drive to all the theme parks and had more room then we could have ever needed. The pool and hot tub were great after long days at the park, the decor was perfection and there were lots of fun games (pool table, giant magnetic scrabble board, theater room, arcade room....). I only wish we had stayed here when the kids were younger and would have REALLY enjoyed the princess and Lego rooms. Thanks for a great stay!

This house is everything it says it is!
This house is everything it says it is! Clean, comfortable, little bit of fancy! Kids loved all the games, the motorcycle game and pop a shot. Pool was perfect and the resort pool was even better, quick 3 min walk, kids loved the splash pool and slides while the adults enjoyed cocktails! Also the food at the resort was very reasonably priced and very good! No issues with internet or tv!

Great location with Exceptional activities
When your 5 year old leaves Florida after a week trip you planned around Disney World, and he tells you his favorite thing about the trip was the house, then you must have booked the best dang house ever! However, he was right and my entire family agrees that the house was exceptional. Great location from the Disney parks, and close to all stores needed. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies so we could cook, which was great and fun to in such a nice kitchen. We had 11 people on this trip, adults/kids/babies, and we did not feel cramped and had ample room and our own space. The bedrooms were nice, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. The kids rooms were SO fun! I have two boys and they adored the LEGO room. The arcade and home theater were a HUGE plus, the adults enjoyed them just as much as the kids. We especially loved that the kitchen area opened up to the pool/patio. If we weren’t at the parks, we were swimming. If the kids went to bed, we were in the cozy hot tub. Had one issue but not a big deal, they were quick to respond and I appreciated the communication. We can’t wait to come back! Next time I’ll plan the parks around time spent at the house.

Absolutely magnificent home
Absolutely magnificent home and terrific location. Pool and hot tub with full retractable doors to main house were awesome and were thoroughly enjoyed. Game room and media room are amazing and beds are all extremely comfortable. House has a ton of space and amenities. We can not wait to return!!

Exceeded our expectations
This home exceeded our expectations. We are seasoned travelers and very particular about our accommodations, especially cleanliness. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is brand new, and sparkling clean (with white floors/baths it is impossible to hide dirt and this home was clean!) . There is ample space for a full house and still not feel crowded. There are plenty of towels, extra blankets, pillows, cutlery, dishes and cups for all (this can sometimes be a problem with rentals). Everyone, not just the kids, enjoyed the play room, theater, pool table, foosball and pac-man (multi-game) arcade machine. The beds were comfortable, plenty of lighting inside and out, and A/C worked perfectly. Check-in and out were hassle free and communication with the host was seamless. The home is in close proximity to Disney Parks and US-192 where there are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies etc.

Enough Space
The home was amazing ? more than enough space for everyone. Kept everyone busy yet together because we were able to gather for family dinners and movies . I would definitely recommend and return.

Wonderful!
Wonderful home on the Solara resort! My entire family seriously didn't want to leave and neither did I! We also had full access to the resort's clubhouse which was a nice change of pace when we didn't feel like staying home. Overall, a very nice stay!

Awesome awesome house!!!!
This house was so cool! The rooms are huge and having a walk-in shower felt super luxurious! Since we wanted to be safe and not travel around in public, we mostly stayed in the home and trust me, it definitely wasn't a bad idea! We had our groceries delivered right to the door, spent days and nights in the pool and movie theater, and every room had it's own TV with streaming options. We were never bored and had a wonderful time. I'm already planning to reserve the home again!

Amazing home for families!
Amazing house! We had the best family vacation here! With the entire world going through a pandemic, we needed a place to unwind safely but be large enough to fit 2 families and this home was the perfect place! We mostly stayed to ourselves but it never felt cramped. We all had different parts of the house to hang out (my favorite was eating snacks in the kitchen lol). Overall, I would recommend booking this home!

Great Pool
A great home for big families. The house was sparkling clean and exactly as pictured. Pool is great and the video games, theater and other fun stuff made for great times when the rain kept everyone in the house.

Beautiful Furniture

Theater, Arcade and themed rooms were a hit!
We are a big group with adults and kids and rented the place for 4 days. Everyone had a great time! Theater, Arcade and themed rooms were a hit! Host is very efficient in answering our questions before and during the trip. We had more than enough space and activities for everyone. Definitely recommend this place!!!

An amazing place
Such an amazing place to gather for family functions or even adult getaways. The home is very spacious and welcoming. Tons of entertainment for adults and children, you never have to leave the home. We enjoyed every minute. We would absolutely lodge here again!?

Wonderful Stay!
We absolutely loved staying in this home. We did 8 days with 5 days at Disney parks and even with 3 "rest" days, we wished we would have booked a few extra just to enjoy this house more!
The GREAT: Clean, MASSIVE, tons of fun activities throughout, private pool and hot tub was SO nice to have. Service was wonderful (we had a Wifi outage during one VERY rainy day which was resolved quickly). An initial call upon check-in with a couple questions was answered quickly and any issues would have been resolved right away, I'm sure (but none arose). Getting to Disney was a bit of a long drive when our 20-month-old was overtired, but it was completely manageable (just 20ish minutes) and I imagine resort guests wait similar amounts of time on buses anyway.
Nothing bad at all, but just some notes: If you have a big Belle fan and that is what is drawing you to this house, be aware that the statue in the princess castle room is NOT Belle any longer. It's just some random girl in a big dress. Thankfully my daughter exclaimed "PRINCESS LEIA!" (because her hair is done up in buns a la Leia), but it is clearly not meant to be any princess, Disney or otherwise. So just be aware. My daughter still loved her room.
The floor coming in from the pool is EXTREMELY slipper with wet feet, so just be aware of that. Both my kids fell flat on their backs, but thankfully heads were spared. The shower floors are a bit slippery upon initial entry as well.
The arcade games are very loud throughout the top floor, so just be aware that you and the adults likely won't be able to enjoy them after any little kiddos go to bed. (Especially the pop-a-shot)
Bottom line: We are already talking about booking again. We may do a different house just for some variety (we initially chose this one for the pool table over ping-pong, but we wound up not having enough time or energy to play anyway!), but we will DEFINITELY be doing this again and planning some extra time to really put the home to good use. Hopefully even make it to the resort pool and kids' little water park next time! Thank you, Villatel for an amazing vacation we will never forget!

Beyond expectations!
Beyond expectations! Beautiful place in a beautiful neighborhood. Be sure to spend a half-day at the neighborhood pool. There's a poolside bar and fantastic food they can bring right to your cabana! Very happy with this house!!
