Entrance/Great Room: Prepare to be awed when stepping through the grand foyer and into the spacious great room, which exudes a chic and modern Transitional-style vibe. Trampoline Room: Bounce the gang over to the custom garage, which has been transformed into the ultimate fun zone with a massive, bouncy trampoline, colorful wall art, and play area with slides.

Bowling Alley: The first of two gaming rooms, this one pulls out all the stops with a bowling alley to call your very own. As if that’s not enough of a draw, you can also try your skills on a few classic arcade games in this fun-and-games hub.

Pool & Patio: Outside, find even more incredible amenities to enjoy—namely, a sprawling private swimming pool complete with a jacuzzi, lounge chairs, kids’ mini water slide, and patio games including ping-pong and foosball. There’s also an outdoor kitchen and covered dining lanai, so you can lounge and eat by the pool all day and night.

Movie Theater: With your own private home theater, movie night has never been so much fun. Gather your crew to premiere a family-friendly movie on your very own big screen, complete with cozy recliners.

The Wizarding Room is an immersive wonderland for little wizards, witches, and sorcerers. They’ll feel like they’re at a famous witchcraft boarding school when they discover the hidden bunk beds and a slide that’s like riding a broomstick.

Next door, the Sports Palace room captures the hearts of aspiring athletes with its stadium-styled bunk beds, colorful décor, and a super slide. Playtime here is a major sporting event for your little MVPs, and bedtime is stress-free because the kids will never want to leave this sporty hideout.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full) : When it’s time to turn in, nine more luxurious bedrooms cater to grownup tastes with luxe Transitional-style décor, grand furnishings, and high-end en suite baths.

On the first floor, find three conveniently located sanctuaries, including two master bedrooms with king-size beds, and a master queen bedroom with a double door walkout to the pool area. • This home’s driveway accommodates up to 5 cars WITH parking passes placed in the windshields; cars parked on the street will be towed.

• Additional LIMITED parking is available nearby (~1 mile away) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Total number of cars per villa cannot exceed 5.
