Social Media Manager/Content Creator
Now, we’re looking to expand our team of superstars to include a talented Social Media Manager & Content Creator who will work hand in hand with our lean-yet-supreme creative team to take our brand awareness to the next level!

Social Media Manager/Content Creator
Responsibilities:
- • (Re)launch Villatel’s social accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and follower counts.
- • Collaborate with our copywriting and design team to brainstorm on-brand, culturally relevant content ideas and campaigns (paid and organic).
- • Create original content tailored for each platform, including but not limited to images, videos, GIFS, and copy.
- • Routinely visit our properties to capture footage and photos for use within social posts.
- • Collaborate with in-house or freelance designers to design original posts, as needed.
- • Vet and manage influencer partnerships, including ensuring that the influencer content is on-brand, monitoring its performance, and posting/ reposting content on our O&O social channels.
- • Plan, build, and maintain our social marketing calendar, including identifying important dates and events, and aligning our content accordingly.
- • Perform research on market/ cultural/ platform trends and audience preferences.
- • Develop a strategic content roll-out plan; publish and/or schedule social posts accordingly.
- • Oversee cross-platform community management, including communicating with followers by responding to inquiries in comments and DMs.
- • Establish KPIs for organic performance; analyze key metrics to measure audience engagement and sentiment; collect and share learnings & takeaways.

Reservations Agent
As a Reservations Agent, you will provide expert knowledge of our brand and products to uncover their needs and recommend personalized solutions that will help guests create experiences and memories like no other destination. You will represent Villatel as both a guide and a salesperson, offering your expertise to help solve guests’ problems.

Reservations Agent
Responsibilities:
- • Observe, study and understand the needs of guests
- • Answers inbound telephone calls from websites, chats, emails, and channel partners such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and many others
- • Become a product expert! Know our homes to walk all guests through them via phone
- • Be a Villatel ambassador, so that potential guests know the value and the difference we add
- • Motivated and driven to close all inquiries into bookings
- • Work within a Property Management System (Track), to enter new bookings and modify existing bookings
- • Services existing bookings including making changes to reservations, accepting and recording payments, and assisting travel partners with arranging guest preferences. Researches and provides information in order to accommodate special needs and/or guest preferences

Villa Property Manager – Melbourne Beach, FL
The Villa Manager (VM) will provide leadership to a small team of Villa Care Specialists ensuring the proper upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance, and security of our Villatel inventory.

Daily scheduling of pre/post arrivals inspections, oversight of contractors i.e. pool cleaning, pest control, etc. conducting / facilitating in-house repair and maintenance will all be part of the day-to-day. Partnership and collaboration with all departments will be required to ensure our villas are in excellent repair for each guest. As a salaried Manager, the position is required to participate in the Manager on Duty / On-call schedule.

Accounting Assistant
We are looking for a diligent self-starter and detail-oriented accounting assistant to join our growing accounting department.

Accounting Assistant
Duties shall include but not be limited to contract review and documentation gathering, statutory and county licensing, sales tax registration, utility setup, ownership documentation review, system setup, and overall owner records at the Company. The successful candidate will be able to accurately maintain a general ledger and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). You will demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. This is a hybrid position working from home and our offices are located in Davenport and Orlando, FL.
- Setup of all licenses and registrations including Florida state sales tax, local county tax registrations, DBPR licenses, and Tourist tax accounts for all homes.
- Review and maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
- Annual Renewal of Business Tax receipts for each county.
- Set up new owners in the property management system and ensure that all information is complete and filled out accurately.
- Assist with setting up utilities for all homes.
- Maintain a master list of all properties.
- Maintain a master list of all licenses and tax identification numbers.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
- Assist in month-end processes.
- Develop SOPs as new processes are developed and implemented.
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
