Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our rapidly growing team as an Operations Manager, overseeing our community operations in the Greater Orlando area and Melbourne Beach! This is a hands-on position working directly with the executive leadership team to plan, execute and evaluate all aspects of operations across communities and improve Villatel’s departmental functions.

Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our communities to ensure quality standards throughout the homes and provide an excellent experience for the guests. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accommodations and is key for maximizing guest satisfaction and the strategic growth of the brand. This is a leadership role that requires people management skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to execute and follow through on projects.
- Direct oversight and responsibility of all divisions within the communities’ on-site operations including (but not limited to) housekeeping and inspection, maintenance and engineering, dispatch and all 3rd party contractors and vendors to ensure work quality, proficiency, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in line with Villatel’s business objectives
- Liaise daily with the Operations Executive team to forecast business on a weekly basis and plan departmental business functions accordingly.
- Work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations. Attend regular operations meeting with all HODs to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets and guest feedback.
- Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
- Carry out regular inspections of all departments in the areas of task proficiency and efficiency, cleanliness and presentation, service delivery, general employee performance and more. Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs throughout all Departments.
- Promote a positive employee culture and exemplify Villatel’s standard of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations, ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service.
- Be responsible for all day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the community.
- Monitor the purchases of each department to maintain effective cost controls while preserving the long-term value of each asset.
- Interface and negotiate with Suppliers / Vendors for quality products/services in conjunction with the Purchase Manager
- Continually assess and review customer satisfaction, to ensure a seamless service recovery process
- Identify staff learning needs and assisting with development
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.

Dispatch Specialist
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our rapidly growing team as a Dispatch Specialist! The Dispatch department is the foundation for successful operations each day, so this is a hands-on, cross-functional position working directly with all departments. This role is perfect for a self-starter who loves problem solving, as it requires people management skills, logistical expertise, attention to detail and effective time management.

Dispatch Specialist
The Dispatch Specialist is responsible for managing and dispatching maintenance, engineering, housekeeping, inspection, and arcade work orders across the company’s portfolio in the Greater Orlando area. The ideal candidate is experienced in dispatch and/or rooms control, comfortable managing vendors and solving scheduling challenges, and works well under daily deadlines.
- Lead all daily communication between technicians, inspectors, vendors, guests and BOH departments. Directly responsible for dispatching and vendor management
- Use and maintain the Property Management System (PMS) to receive and dispatch all daily/day-of work orders, while managing outstanding tickets, long term project scheduling and vendor coordination to complete tasks
- Accurately maintain exceptionally detailed notes, images, and videos of work order status within the PMS, managing every ticket for accuracy and timely completion
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions to ensure timely processing and issue resolution; Assess situations to prioritize calls and work orders efficiently and effectively
- Effectively manage large scope of work orders that involve several vendors and break down work orders into supporting work orders
- Create, own, and implement the process of auditing work orders, adding information, costing tickets, closing tasks, and obtaining operations approvals
- Regularly communicate with the field team to ensure accurate ticket execution, appropriate time for labor and cost of parts within each work order
- Oversee the route of field technicians and track delivery status of products ordered by the Purchasing department. Coordinate route schedules effectively, managing labor availability and skill specialty

Villatel’s flagship property, Villatel Orlando, is seeking a Resort General Manager to join the executive leadership team for the opening of a 526-home rental community, with water park and F&B amenities centrally located on Orlando’s famed International Drive, next to Universal’s newest theme park, Epic Universe. As the first-ever hospitality brand in the vacation rental sector, Villatel simultaneously designs, maintains, and services every home we put on the market. Villatel is seeking an eager, financially minded Director of Owner Relations (OR) to join its Florida based team. The Director of Owner Relations will provide support with respect to owners’ interest in its operating asset(s) and projects under development. They will need to articulate the performance metrics of the investments effectively to individual Owners, Asset Management teams, and potential lenders, aiding in the portfolio and business's success. This position strives to maximize revenue, profit and returns while meeting organizational growth objectives through knowledge of finance, day-to-day operations, legal contracts, HOA provisions, revenue generation, and accounting. This role will work side by side with Villatel’s Global Head of Operations and lead external communications and joint projects with the Asset Management leads at Villatel’s various partner organizations.
- Develop a strong understanding of Villatel's brand, investment thesis, track record, and pipeline. Demonstrate the ability to speak to current and potential Investors/Owners about the Company, its value proposition, and its investment products and projects
- Drive operating partners and hold them accountable in efforts to maximize profitability. Identify and execute value enhancement opportunities, identify risks, and lead efforts to mitigate such risks

Reservations Agent
As a Reservations Agent, you will provide expert knowledge of our brand and products to uncover their needs and recommend personalized solutions that will help guests create experiences and memories like no other destination. You will represent Villatel as both a guide and a salesperson, offering your expertise to help solve guests’ problems.
