Rooms Controller
We're seeking a Rooms Controller to maintain seamless operations at Villatel Orlando Resort. This individual is a key component optimizing room inventory, particularly during high occupancy periods. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with Guest Experience and Housekeeping while supporting revenue generation through strategic villa and Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy accommodation assignments. We want our guests to experience a smooth and well-coordinated visit from arrival to departure. If you have a minimum of two years of front desk leadership experience and/or room control experience, we are interested in speaking with you.
Rooms Controller
- Oversee the Tape Chart and Rooms Inventory for all Villatel properties, opening, closing, and blocking units as needed to ensure accurate availability.
- Organize inventory efficiently to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Reservations teams to optimize pricing, inventory strategies, and manage bookings and special requests.

Property Accounting Manager
We are seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Accounting Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing real estate investment and development firm. This role requires a highly skilled financial professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing everything from day-to-day accounting operations to sophisticated investor reporting. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the Miami office and 2 days working remotely.
Property Accounting Manager
- Direct and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, trial balance preparation, and accurate, timely financial reporting.
- Manage the financial requirements of multiple Build-to-Rent and Short-Term Rental investments, ensuring proper accounting for revenues, expenses, and capital projects.
- Partner with Asset Management to prepare and review property- and portfolio-level budgets, forecasts, and financial statements; analyze operating results, variances, and key performance metrics.
- Administer construction and reserve draws, oversee job costing, and perform analysis necessary to support property- and investment-level financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate accounting and reporting across property and investment structures, including complex multi-tier entities and joint ventures.
- Review investment performance, including incentive fee calculations, acquisition and disposition fees, and promote/waterfall structures
- Prepare and manage periodic financial reporting packages at both the lender and investor levels, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Coordinate with external CPAs and advisors for tax filings, audits, and investor reporting requirements (including K-1s), including preparation of work papers and audit support documentation.
- Support capital planning, financing activities, and cash flow management to ensure adequate liquidity for operations, debt service, and capital expenditures.
- Maintain and enforce internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with GAAP and partnership agreements.

- Work with the VP of Sales & Marketing and Revenue teams to develop and implement the group sales strategy (SMERF markets, corporate retreats, executive conferences, with a major focus on youth and amateur sports, religious/faith-based retreats and conferences, family reunions, niche tradeshows and expos, business to business travel, relocation stays, and corporate team-building events.)
- Manage full-cycle group experience (sourcing, contracting, and management of groups prior to a 30-day arrival).
- Will meet/greet groups, be a point of contact for all group concerns and liaise between groups and internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Network to develop and manage vendor/partner relationships that drive group sales and enhance group experience (transportation, catering/food services, entertainment, etc.).

Sr. Appliance Repair & Maintenance Technician
We're seeking a Sr. Appliance Repair & Maintenance Technician who will serve as the technical anchor for all appliance repairs across the Davenport portfolio. The primary focus for this individual will be to diagnose, repair, and manage the lifecycle of all major household appliances along with appliance-related vendor relationships while maintaining standards of operational excellence.

- Maintain the full functionality of all residential appliances, including high-end refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, and laundry units.

- Manage and oversee third-party appliance vendors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and according to Villatel standards.

- Conduct occasional training sessions for the M&E team on basic appliance troubleshooting and proper maintenance to prevent common failures.
