The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Rooms Controller or similar role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. They should be proficient with property management systems, able to analyze data, and make informed decisions to optimize occupancy and operations.
- Manage the Tape Chart and Rooms Inventory for all Villatel properties, ensuring accurate availability by opening and closing units as needed, while efficiently blocking and organizing units to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Work closely with Guest Services to address guest needs and requests, ensuring a smooth guest experience.

We're seeking a Sales & Marketing executive who possesses a proven track record in driving top line revenue strategy and performance, focusing on traditional hotel sales related segments to include group, volume transient, consortia, and banquets/catering across all relevant Villatel property including but not limited to Villatel Orlando Resort (brand affiliated with Apartments by Marriott), Villatel Village at Solterra Resort, and Villatel Harbor Island Beach Club.
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
The Vice President of Sales & Marketing will have accountability to both direct booking responsibilities and total sales team performance. The individual is additionally responsible for staying ahead of market trends, market share movement and ongoing competitive hotel analysis, while directing the sales team to ensure budgeted revenues are exceeded.
- Act as the brand’s voice of the customer and communicate key issues, concerns, and opportunities at all levels of the organization.
