Operations Manager (PM Shift)
We’re seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our growing team at Villatel as an Operations Manager for our Orlando Resort. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with leadership to plan, execute, and improve resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Operations Manager (PM Shift)
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations to ensure quality standards across homes and providing excellent guest experiences. You will maintain accommodation standards, maximize guest satisfaction, and lead a team, requiring strong people management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute and follow through on projects.
- Direct oversight and responsibility of all divisions within the communities’ on-site operations including, but not limited to, housekeeping and inspection, maintenance, and engineering, and all third-party contractors and vendors to ensure quality work, proficiency, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in line with Villatel’s business objectives.
- Partner with all Department Heads to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and attend regular operations meetings to review and discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets, and guest feedback.
- Conduct daily property reviews and arrival inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures, cleanliness and presentation, service delivery, general team member performance as well as other assigned tasks. Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs throughout all Departments.
- Perform Duty Management shifts as needed, along with any other assigned responsibilities.
- Address day-to-day guest concerns, complaints, and service issues in a timely and efficient manner to maintain positive guest relations and loyalty.
- Monitor performance metrics, guest feedback, and quality standards to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to managers to support their professional development and ensure timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports when required both formally and informally.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability among teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Perform ongoing analysis to identify patterns/trends, and measure risk and proactively project future business both independently and requested by the executive team.
- Monitor expenses to maintain effective cost controls while preserving the long-term value of each asset.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to set goals, objectives, and performance targets for individual properties.

Dispatch Agent
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Agent to support Operations. The Dispatch Agent will play a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the dispatching of maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, and other service requests to ensure efficient and timely issue resolution.

- Monitor incoming requests through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and online platforms, and address any issues and/or delays in resolution.
- Prioritize and assign tasks based on urgency, nature of the request, and availability of resources.
- Ensure that all service requests are addressed promptly and efficiently to meet guest satisfaction standards.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched requests, including timestamps, assigned personnel, and completion status.
- Liaise with various departments, including maintenance, housekeeping, and management, to coordinate service delivery and resolve guest-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with guests to gather information about service requests, provide updates on status, and ensure satisfaction with resolution(s).

In this role you will interact with guests while using your expertise in various trades to resolve guest related maintenance issues and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This individual will coordinate with multiple departments as well as Operations to ensure optimal occupancy and guest satisfaction. Rooms Controller
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Rooms Controller or similar role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. They should be proficient with property management systems, able to analyze data, and make informed decisions to optimize occupancy and operations.
- Manage the Tape Chart and Rooms Inventory for all Villatel properties, ensuring accurate availability by opening and closing units as needed, while efficiently blocking and organizing units to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Work closely with Guest Services to address guest needs and requests, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
- Collaborate with the Revenue team to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
- Allocate and assign units based on guest preferences, availability, and operational requirements.
- Monitor and adjust allocations to respond to changing demand patterns and operational needs.
- Handle all allocations for Group and Wholesale Reservations
- Assist in coordinating maintenance and service requests to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on guests.
- Generate and analyze reports on occupancy, unit allocation, and operational efficiency to provide insights and recommendations that improve property allocation and maximize guest satisfaction.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator
We're seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator with a passion for hospitality to support our sales & marketing efforts. This individual will utilize their clerical and administrative skills to support resources across all relevant Villatel properties including but not limited to Villatel Orlando Resort (brand affiliated with Apartments by Marriott), Villatel Village at Solterra Resort, and Villatel Harbor Island Beach Club.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator
- Assist sales team with administrative duties associated with group sales including but not limited to sales/PMS system inputs, lead response/proposals, contracting, turnover, and billing.
- Support development and communication of group resumes and BEOs of critical group and event information for property team effective service execution.
- Assist with coordination of marketing activities as needed and directed by leadership.
- Respond to and follow-up on emails and/or new requests in a timely fashion.
- Maintain trace files and other master or client facing documents as needed.
- Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist to implement solutions.

Head of Sales & Marketing
The Head of Sales & Marketing will have accountability to both direct booking responsibilities and total sales team performance. The individual is additionally responsible for staying ahead of market trends, market share movement and ongoing competitive hotel analysis, while directing the sales team to ensure budgeted revenues are exceeded.
- Act as the brand’s voice of the customer and communicate key issues, concerns, and opportunities at all levels of the organization.
- Develop/implement key segment strategy & managing key accounts (both existing & target).
- Design effective sales deployment schemes & market assignments.
