  • It’s about a 10-minute drive to Universal Orlando and about 20 minutes to Disney World, depending on traffic and the park(s) you are visiting.

  • Yes! We now offer shuttle service to and from the parks; use the shuttle link in your pre-arrival email or welcome guide to reserve your seats up to 48 hours prior to riding. Seats are limited and reservations are required to board!

  • Not at this time; however, Play Cards for Dezerland Park Orlando are included in the resort fee and redeemable for epic rides, games, exhibits, and more!

  • Yes, within the resort amenity area, you'll find an accessible main entrance, as well as accessible entrances to the Grand Pool/ Aqua Bay water park, Aqua Bar & Grille, and Fitness Center. The Grand Pool also features a self-operating lift. Accessible on-site parking is available at the resort, as well. Please refer to the Marriott website for details on accessibility features at our Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy accommodations: https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/mcoau-villatel-orlando-resort-apartments-bonvoy/overview/. The villas at the resort do not have accessibility features; however, every villa offers at least one bedroom on the ground floor and we are able to install a ramp at the front entrance, upon request.

  • Yes! Our resort amenities are open as of March 2025. A few additional features will be added during the coming months, including the MRKT sundry shop at the resort clubhouse, as well as food trucks.

  • The daily resort fee covers unlimited access to Aqua Bay water park and all additional resort amenities for all guests staying on property. Cabana rentals/ reserved poolside seating, Topgolf swing suite play time, and food/beverages incur additional fees.

  • Pool & spa heat is available for a daily add-on fee that varies depending on the pool's size. Once heated, pool temperatures are set to reach 82-86 degrees Fahrenheit; spas are set to reach 102 degrees Fahrenheit. Depending on the weather, it can take up to 24 hours to heat the pool, so it is recommended that you reserve pool heat in advance of your stay if you’d like to add this service.

  • No, pool heat distributes heat to both the pool and the spa simultaneously; the spa will not be warm if pool heat isn’t turned on. Turn the manual timer on the lanai wall to turn on the spa jets and heat the spa up to 102 degrees Fahrenheit. Note that the spas are not “hot tubs”; they will not reach temperatures usually associated with hot tubs and cannot be heated as stand-alone spas. When the jets are on, the heat will be directed toward the spa and away from the pool.

  • ‘Cold fronts’ in the winter months (i.e. temps below 60 degrees) can cause the pool equipment to stop functioning; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued.

  • Each of our 6+ bedroom units features a spa. 4- and 5- bedroom units do not feature a spa.

  • Yes, all of our pools are equipped with a child-friendly safety gate between the lanai and the pool area.

  • If you prefer to have a car to get around during your stay, we recommend renting from any of the major car rental companies at the airport. However, we do offer shuttle service to and from Disney and Universal, and we’re conveniently located near the city’s best shopping and dining—so you may cut costs and hassle by taking Ubers/ Lyfts instead of renting a car!

  • You are permitted 2-3 vehicles depending on the size of your unit. Each of our 4-7-bedroom accommodations include parking passes for up to two vehicles per home. Our 9-bedroom accommodations include parking passes for up to three vehicles.

  • You're allocated 1 parking space near your home. This space is marked with the numbers in your home's address. You are most welcome to use 1 overflow parking space (for 1-7 bedroom reservations) or 2 overflow parking spaces (for 9-bedroom reservations) in any of the resort’s community lots nearest to your unit. Kindly adhere to these designated areas during your stay to avoid ticketing or towing at your expense. While at the resort, you must display your villa's designated parking pass in the front dashboard or rearview mirror of every vehicle. Parking passes may not be shared and may be revoked in the event of parking violations.
