  • To make sure you have the smoothest trip possible, we recommend renting a car after you arrive from any of the major car rental companies. It’s the quickest and easiest way to get to all of your Orlando vacation destinations, as well as shopping and restaurants. And the rental companies are located right inside the airport, so you don’t have to waste a minute on a shuttle.

  • You’ll receive a code for the front door of your house 24-48 hours prior to arrival.

  • On the day of arrival, check-in begins at 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM. Whenever possible, we will extend the courtesy of early check-in and late check-out, pending availability. We’re cool like that. Just let us know if you need either one, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • With our homes, you don’t just get a place to stay. You get a team vying to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. Guest Services can be reached at: (407) 307 - 2794.

  • Guest services is your point of contact for all service add-ons, including booking theme park tickets and VIP services, private chef services, character breakfasts, professional photography, sourcing baby items, pre-stocking groceries, and more.

  • Each bathroom features a starter kit of travel sized luxury soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and a roll of toilet paper. Your home will also come equipped with a starter pantry kit, comprised of 1 paper towel roll, 3 black garbage bags, 1 white kitchen garbage bag, 3 dishwashing tabs, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 tide single load, stock of coffee/tea bags. For refills, be sure to hit up the nearest Publix. We’ll send you the address in your welcome letter once you book.

  • Your home will be spotless when you arrive, and we’ll get it cleaned up when you leave. But outside of that, it’s up to you to keep the house in shape. Daily home cleaning is available for a fee, though. Ask us about pricing, details, and how to opt in!

  • Many of our villas are equipped with a pool alarm system. If your villa has an alarm, every door leading to the pool will sound when opened. Don’t be alarmed! Push the button next to the door prior to opening it in either direction before exiting. This will disable the alarm for approximately 10 seconds so that you can enter or exit the pool area without setting off the alarm.

  • Pool heating is available for a fee (between $30-75 a night).

  • As part of your in-house entertainment, you’ll have access to a top-notch gaming system and TVs located in multiple rooms. While we do provide a variety of games and DVDs, bring your arsenal with you if you have specific requests. Alternatively, there are shops you can rent from locally.

  • As mentioned above, checkout is at 10AM, though we will try to accommodate a later departure, if available. Let us know if you need that, and we’ll do our best. Other than that, nothing else for you to do. Just lock the door behind you, and head on out.
