And for an added plus, this space is easy on the eyes, with its sleek light gray cabinetry, white countertops and island, stainless appliances, and modern hanging fixtures.

Laundry Room: Put away that extra suitcase of clothes–because a built-in washer and dryer on the second floor means you can clean and rewear your stuff! Dragon’s Den:
Imagination takes flight (literally) in this extraordinary ‘Dragon’s Den’ themed bedroom designed after your favorite dragon franchise! The bunk beds in this room are the real eye-catchers. The first is fashioned as a viking-style cottage with a green curved roof and sturdy wooden walls–perfect for your mini warriors. The second bunk bed resembles a cliffside grotto, tucked inside a lifelike cliff and surrounded by shimmering waters. As you step through the small 'cave' entrance, a friendly dragon sculpture will welcome you into your private retreat. Descend from the skies to the ground on a blue slide attached to the top bunk. All around, the walls come alive with vivid artwork, featuring awe-inspiring dragons soaring amidst the boundless skies, towering cliffs, and serene blue waters stretching as far as the eye can see.

While our accommodations are not ADA accessible, we are more than happy to arrange for a ramp to be installed at your front door to provide easier access. This option is available for an additional fee.

Pool & spa heat is available for a daily add-on fee that varies depending on the pool's size. Once heated, pool temperatures are set to reach 82-86 degrees Fahrenheit; spas are set to reach 102 degrees Fahrenheit. Depending on the weather, it can take up to 24 hours to heat the pool, so it is recommended that you reserve pool heat in advance of your stay if you’d like to add this service.
No, pool heat distributes heat to both the pool and the spa simultaneously; the spa will not be warm if pool heat isn’t turned on. Turn the manual timer on the lanai wall to turn on the spa jets and heat the spa up to 102 degrees Fahrenheit. Note that the spas are not “hot tubs”; they will not reach temperatures usually associated with hot tubs and cannot be heated as stand-alone spas. When the jets are on, the heat will be directed toward the spa and away from the pool.
‘Cold fronts’ in the winter months (i.e. temps below 60 degrees) can cause the pool equipment to stop functioning; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued.
Each of our 6+ bedroom units features a spa. 4- and 5- bedroom units do not feature a spa.
Yes, all of our pools are equipped with a child-friendly safety gate between the lanai and the pool area.
If you prefer to have a car to get around during your stay, we recommend renting from any of the major car rental companies at the airport. However, we do offer shuttle service to and from Disney and Universal, and we’re conveniently located near the city’s best shopping and dining—so you may cut costs and hassle by taking Ubers/ Lyfts instead of renting a car!
You are permitted 2-3 vehicles depending on the size of your unit. Each of our 4-7-bedroom accommodations include parking passes for up to two vehicles per home. Our 9-bedroom accommodations include parking passes for up to three vehicles.
You're allocated 1 parking space near your home. This space is marked with the numbers in your home's address. You are most welcome to use 1 overflow parking space (for 1-7 bedroom reservations) or 2 overflow parking spaces (for 9-bedroom reservations) in any of the resort’s community lots nearest to your unit. Kindly adhere to these designated areas during your stay to avoid ticketing or towing at your expense. While at the resort, you must display your villa's designated parking pass in the front dashboard or rearview mirror of every vehicle. Parking passes may not be shared and may be revoked in the event of parking violations.
