Entrance/Great Room: Step into the elegant foyer, which sets the stage for this 7,200-square-foot mansion made for comfort and connection. The adjoining great room feels like a chic hotel lobby with its high-end sofa and chairs, oversized TV, and inviting Organic Modern décor.

Dining/ Conference Room: One major perk of this home is the impressive dining area, which converts to a large conference room. Whether you prefer to utilize the space for formal family meals or business meetings, this room will quickly and easily adjust to meet your needs.

Home Office: The garage has been transformed into a stunning office area that will elevate any work experience. Here, you can seamlessly transition from leisure to business mode (though we recommend shifting back to vacay mode as soon as you can!)

Pool & Patio: Take advantage of the warm Florida sunshine with a dip in the outdoor swimming pool and spillover spa. This private haven includes relaxing chaises and games galore, from pool basketball to ping-pong and foosball (there’s even an adorable mini waterslide).

For al fresco meetings or poolside mealtimes, enjoy the outdoor kitchen with its covered patio table and seating, and relish the change of scenery (along with some Florida BBQ, of course).

Movie Theater: Head upstairs to screen a flick in your very own private cinema, with its rows of comfy recliners, 86-inch screen, and surround sound. Don’t forget the popcorn and snacks!

The Shuttle Mission room is built for aspiring astronauts (or space nerds) who will marvel at the miniature rocket ship, lifelike NASA equipment, and twisty slide. Playtime here is literally out-of-this-world, and come bedtime, cozy bunk beds and incredible wall art will leave your guests starry-eyed as they drift off to sleep.

The nearby Superhero Headquarters room will transport them to an underground hideout where they’ll prepare to save the world, thanks to secret tunnels and a speedy slide. They can even take a power nap clad in iron suits (aka bunk beds)!

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full): Nine more ultra-comfortable bedrooms with en suite baths round out the sleeping arrangements.

• The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with essentials to get you started (perfect for when those flights arrive late in the evening!); plan to purchase additional items for the balance of your stay.

• This home’s driveway accommodates up to 5 cars WITH parking passes placed in the windshields; cars parked on the street will be towed.

• Additional LIMITED parking is available nearby (~1 mile away) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Total number of cars per villa cannot exceed 5.
