First up, score big with the kids over in the sports-themed game room, featuring seven arcade favorites—including Air Hockey, NBA Hoops, Lane Master Pro, Terminator, Arcade 1Up, Power Putt and Batman Driving Game.
Play till you drop (trust us, it’s possible), or head on upstairs to the gaming loft, where you can face off in a pool or giant scrabble competition, while belting out karaoke tunes. In between games, grab a seat and a drink at the full bar. Just behind the balcony doors lies yet another entertainment haven: the balcony furnished with a ping pong table, shuffleboard, and several comfortable seating areas.
The activities continue down below at the massive fully screened pool deck, featuring a spacious jacuzzi spa that spills over into a gigantic swimming pool, surrounded on all sides by lush, green palm trees and nature. A foosball table, second pool table, in-pool basketball, giant Connect Four and giant chess are also available to keep you occupied between laps.
When you’re ready to take a breather, sprawl out across the luxurious daybed or on any of the fourteen poolside loungers, or gather around the cozy lounge area surrounding the outdoor fireplace.
Activities got you hungry? Fuel up with some freshly barbecued fare, using the summer kitchen grill*. An enormous patio table fits 20+ so that your whole gang can enjoy outdoor meal time. Plus, the spacious prep kitchen offers everything you’ll need to make cooking easier than ever—including a full size fridge, sink, prep table, mini split AC, range hood, and dedicated garage door for easy loading.
As much as you’ll enjoy the balmy nighttime breeze, the ambiance of the indoor dining area cannot be beat. From the larger-than-life round table for 18, to the glimmering circular chandelier, to the mural wall art and open views of the private patio through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, this room is a feast for the eyes. And it’s the perfect place to feast with all of your friends and family.
Afterward, enjoy the comfort of the sleek living room, furnished with high-end couches and chairs, and infused with bright, colorful décor. The family room just next door is also a great lounging spot—offering comfy seating for 10, a stunning feature wall, and a 75” flat-screen smart TV.
But nothing says luxurious relaxation like collapsing in your own home theater, designed to feel like the real deal—with 12 reclining leather chairs, a dividing wall, massive projector, and Control 4 system.
When nighttime strikes, the kids will sleep soundly in the custom London-themed room and the under the sea themed room featuring their favorite square yellow man. A secret virtual reality room featuring video games connects both sleeping quarters, and is sure to keep the kids occupied while you get some extra morning zzz’s.
Upstairs and down, you’ll find eight other gorgeously-renovated king and queen-size bedrooms, with plush memory-foam mattresses, 300-thread linens, loads of closet space and grandiose bathrooms. The first-floor master suite is a must-see, with its giant king bed, spa-like bathroom, jet shower for 2 (or more), large dressing area, and outdoor patio access.

Yes, all of our pools are equipped with a child-friendly safety gate between the lanai and the pool area.
To make sure you have the smoothest trip possible, we recommend renting a car after you arrive from any of the major car rental companies. It’s the quickest and easiest way to get to all of your Orlando vacation destinations, as well as shopping and restaurants. And the rental companies are located right inside the airport, so you don’t have to waste a minute on a shuttle.
Up to 5 cars are permitted per reservation.
You can park 2-5 cars in the driveway, depending on the size of your unit (please check your listing details or inquire with the Guest Services team to confirm). If extra parking is needed, there are designated street parking spots throughout Reunion Resort (marked by white lines). Cars parked on the grass or blocking a driveway/sidewalk will be towed. Every car MUST obtain a parking pass upon entry into the community from the front gate and always display it on their dashboard. RVs, large vans, tractors, and buses are not permitted inside the resort.
Payment depends on the rate you select.
For our Standard Rate, a 20% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. This deposit includes the base rate and all applicable fees, and your reservation is not confirmed until it is received. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival, and unpaid balances past this date will result in cancellation. Reservations made within 60 days of check-in require full payment at the time of booking.
For our Book Early & Save Rate, full payment is required at the time of booking.
A nonrefundable Property Protection Fee is also required and may cover accidental damages reported before checkout, at our discretion. In some cases, we may also place a security deposit hold, which will be released or refunded within two weeks of departure, pending a satisfactory inspection.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by emailing stay@villatel.com.
For our Standard Rate, you may modify your reservation once up to 60 days before arrival, subject to availability and current rates at the time of the change. Changes cannot be made within 60 days of arrival. If you cancel 60 or more days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable and the full balance will be due.
For our Book Early & Save Rate, cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking are non-refundable.
We encourage guests to secure travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
If you booked through a third-party platform, please note that stricter cancellation terms may apply.
Check-in is from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival; check-out is by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Final instructions, including directions and your door code, will be sent about 4 days before arrival.
Failure to depart on time will result in an immediate charge of a daily rate equal to two times the highest published rate for the property, plus any additional costs or damages incurred.
Note: Guests may need to provide a government-issued ID for verification, especially if booking within 14 days of arrival. The credit card on file must match the name on the reservation. Reservations may be canceled if there is reason to suspect fraud or if ID verification is refused. The minimum age to book a stay with Villatel is 21; bookings made by anyone younger are void.
