Entrance/Great Room: Enjoy the open, clean lines of this grand, welcoming home as you enter through the high-ceilinged foyer. Pool & Patio: Every Florida hideaway needs a private pool, and the one outside your backdoor is a beauty. And just wait until you see the outdoor kitchen with its built-in grill, where you can whip up tasty bites to eat poolside—or in your shaded lanai with a table that seats eight.

Game Loft/Office: Back inside, lots more entertainment and luxury await upstairs. The spacious game loft offers plenty of lounging and play space, air hockey, and more. You can even get a bit of work done at the desk-and-chair set-up, taking breaks for fun and games with your gang.

Themed Bedroom: For your little ones, the best room in the house—hands down—is the wildly imaginative and colorful “Superheroes Hideaway” bedroom. Decked out in vivid floor-to-ceiling wall art, this uber-cool space will thrill comic book fans with its incredible life-size action figures that seem suspended in air and ready for adventure. And just wait till your kids find the walk-in closet that doubles as a secret game room! After hours of immersive play, up to six lucky kids will find a perfect place to lay their heads in the specially designed, hidden bunk beds.

Bedrooms (King and Queen): Designed to pamper the grownups in your group with chic Mid-Century modern décor and upscale amenities, six additional bedrooms round out the sleeping arrangements. Conveniently located on the first floor are two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds (one with its own walk-out to the pool area). Upstairs, you’ll find a stunning master king bedroom, as well as two more beautiful bedrooms with king and queen-size beds.
