Entrance/Great Room: Grand yet warm and inviting, the high-ceilinged foyer leads to a spacious great room that feels like your very own resort-style lobby. Contemporary blue and white custom cabinetry with modern high-end fixtures and bright wood grain floors give this kitchen a light, airy, and welcoming vibe. Just steps away, the open dining room provides lots more seating for unforgettable meals together.

Movie Theater/Arcade Room: See your guests’ eyes light up when they discover the private theater with its comfortable seats set up for movie nights! All you need are the popcorn and snacks. Between flicks, have a blast playing a few classic arcade games.

Pool & Patio: Step outside to take a refreshing dip in your private, screened pool, or challenge the gang to a game of foosball. Themed Bedroom: Imagine the kids’ wide-eyed excitement when they discover this fantastical upstairs bedroom styled after their favorite animated mouse. With three bunk beds, bedtime has never been more fun for up to six lucky kids. They’ll wake up to magical adventures inspired by vivid wall art; meanwhile, that famous gloved mouse hand and sorcerer’s hat reveal magic tricks amiss. A kid-sized ladder ascends to the elevated playhouse, and a bright, curvy slide makes for a fun escape down to ground level. And just wait until the little ones discover the closet that doubles as a secret game room!

Bedrooms (King & Queen): Five additional bedrooms have a relaxed, modern feel and all the comforts that cater to grownup tastes.

The first floor is home to two conveniently located and beautifully appointed bedrooms with king-size beds and private baths (one bedroom has its own walk-out to the pool area). Expect only the finest materials and design in these Transitional-style rooms with soothing neutral palettes, natural fabrics, and warm, organic tones.
