Entrance/Great Room: You’ll enter a high-ceilinged foyer that leads into an expansive great room which features a high-end, lobby-style vibe. Adorned in Mid-Century Modern style with sleek yet comfy seating, this is just the place for a buffet, family gathering, or even a business meeting.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is ready for you (or your chef) to create a festive meal or quick snack. In this open, airy space, take a seat at the breakfast bar to share coffee or appetizers. Steps away, the long dining table awaits unforgettable sit-down meals.

Movie Theater/Arcade Room: Watch the expression on your guests’ faces when they discover the garage that’s been converted into a private theater and arcade. Pop up some corn and make it a family night in front of the 86-inch cinema screen with ultra-plush chairs and surround sound. Then, immerse yourself in the bright lights and infectious fun of Pac-Man and other arcade favorites.

Pool & Patio: Step outside to check out the sparkling blue waters of your private screened pool and spa. Jump in for a refreshing swim, start up a game of ping-pong or foosball—or just soak up the sun in a poolside lounger. Themed Bedroom: For the kids in your group, the most exciting room of all is bound to be the extraordinary themed bedroom, where they’ll want to spend all their time. The “Little Builders’ Room” is designed like a happy, colorful construction site in the middle of a bustling city. Vivid wall art depicts animated movie scenes, hidden bunk beds make for inviting sleep spaces, and a spiral slide sends them back to ground level. Make sure they don’t miss the walk-in closet that doubles as a secret game room!

Bedrooms (King and Queen): Your grownup guests are in for a treat, too: Five additional bedrooms offer sweet retreats decked out in Mid-Century Modern style with chic furnishings and high-end décor. The neutral palette of taupes and grays, with pops of natural blues and greens, make these bedrooms welcoming and relaxing.

Conveniently located on the first floor are two luxurious havens with king beds and private baths (one bedroom has its own walk-out to the pool area). Upstairs, find a beautifully appointed master king bedroom featuring a walk-in closet, double sinks, a shower, and bathtub. Two more top-of-the-line bedrooms, with king or queen beds and private baths, round out the grownups’ sleeping spaces.
