Entrance/Great Room: Step through the glass doors into a grand, bright, high-ceilinged foyer, and head straight into the great room that will be your social hub. The open floor plan includes a dining area with an expansive table designed to accommodate 16 guests comfortably. And don’t worry about overflow—the roomy kitchen island has seating for a few more.

Bowling Alley: In the next room, a show-stopping surprise awaits you—the private bowling alley! Set 'em up and roll a few strikes before dinner. Then, come back to try out the array of classic arcade games that share this space (yes, Pac-Man included).

Golf Simulator Room: Amp up the fun even more in the garage, where you’ll find a simulated golf wonderland that's sure to help you level up your game. Hone your swinging and putting skills, and experience the thrill of (virtually) playing some of the most popular courses in the world.

Pool & Patio: Continue through the house to the outdoors, where your colossal private pool and spillover spa beckons. Your crew will love playing pool basketball, foosball, or ping-pong, and swooshing down the mini waterslide—hopefully while you get to relax on the comfy loungers.

Enjoy the Florida weather well into the evening, whipping up some BBQ in the summer kitchen and then dining al fresco at the spacious table on the covered patio.

Game Loft: The second floor of your villa is also the epicenter of entertainment. At the top of the stairs, the loft boasts a pool table and classic games like Scrabble, darts, and ring toss.

Movie Theater: Head into the private theater where you can relax together in ultra-luxurious leather recliners and watch your favorite movies over popcorn and drinks. You’ll feel like VIPs in this exclusive space with an 86-inch screen and surround sound.

Fitness Room: When it's time to move, head into your personal gym, which includes a ton of top-notch equipment to help you get the most from your workout: a stationary bike, free weights, a treadmill, and a Tonal gym.

Themed Bedrooms: Watch as pure joy lights up your kids’ faces when they discover the two wondrous themed bedrooms that make this mansion so unforgettable.

The Wizarding Room takes theming to a new level with life-sized wizards, vivid wall art, super-fun "Magical Express" bunk beds, and lots more. The kids can imagine themselves riding a locomotive to a famed boarding school of witchcraft and wizardry in this immersive haven.

In the Superhero Hideout room, the kids can pretend to be the world’s mightiest heroes, sleeping in an iron man’s suit of armor or sneaking through a hidden hero portal. Ladders and a slide will tire them out for bedtime, when they can dream of using their superpowers for good.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, and Full): Spread out between the first and second floors, nine additional bedrooms await, featuring high-end comforts and amenities.

Downstairs, choose from three conveniently located sanctuaries with en suite baths, including a master king bedroom, regular king bedroom, and master queen bedroom with a double door walkout to the pool area. The spacious master baths are appointed with the finest materials and offer tubs and showers, double sink vanities, and walk-in closets.

Upstairs, you’ll find six more sumptuous bedrooms with king or full beds. Each room’s stylish Transitional design marries natural tones, luxe furnishings, and unique accents and artwork to bring it all together.

• This home’s driveway accommodates up to 5 cars WITH parking passes placed in the windshields; cars parked on the street will be towed.

• Additional LIMITED parking is available nearby (~1 mile away) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Total number of cars per villa cannot exceed 5.
